Paul Simpson Obituary, Death –It was just a short while ago that Dad’s cousin Paul Simpson passed away. During this time of great difficulty, prayers are being sent to Lucy Simpson, as well as to the rest of his family and friends. Allen left a lasting impression on me, and throughout the years, I can always find him at my father’s side at any Valley football game. I have many happy memories of him. Just a few days ago, Dad went to see him in the hospital, and I couldn’t be happier that he was able to see him one final time before he passed away. May he soar to great heights in heaven.

Paul was a proud Teamster throughout the 25 years that he spent working at AWG before he retired. After his time at AWG, Paul became a “handy man” for a number of people. He assisted a great number of individuals with their endeavors, and he did so cheerfully. Paul attended to the requirements of the members of the family in every way. He was a kind and devoted father and grandfather, and his nickname throughout his life was PaPa Paul. He would ride his motorcycle through the Ozark Mountains all the time and take in the beautiful sights. He looked forward to getting together with his family and spending time with his grandchildren. Paul’s warm personality and infectious grin will live on in our memories. He will be sorely missed by everyone. In the beginning of summer, Lorange, Louisiana, will play host to a Celebration of Life event.
