Harold Peetoom Obituary, Death – The 18th of April, 2023 was the day when Harold Dean Peetoom went away. On the morning of Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 10:00 AM, there will be a service held at First Baptist Church. Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, located at 2800 Paramount Boulevard, are in charge of the arrangements. On February 22, 1939, Harold was brought into the world by his parents, Glenn Pectoom and Rosezella Clark Peetoom, who resided in Shattuck, Oklahoma.
On the 12th of May 2011, he wed Kay Anderson, and the ceremony took place in 2011. For the past 61 years, Harold worked as a long-haul truck driver, transporting freight to and from all 48 continental states of the United States, Mexico, and five provinces in Canada. Harold was an active participant in the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers National Association as well as the First Baptist Church in Amarillo, Texas, where he was a member for life.
Served in the United States Navy as a machinist mate for a total of four years.
His mother and father, as well as his brothers La Gene and Donald Peetoom, passed away before he did. His family includes his wife Kay, his son Harold D. Peetoom 2, his wife Kathy, and their granddaughters Violet and Sophie; his daughter Kerry Kindness; and his stepdaughter Christy Kimbley. He is survived by his wife Kay. The grandmother’s grandchildren, Ryann and Dru Kimbley, along with her husband, Gary. Granddaughter Kaitlin, Stepson Mark Bewley and His Wife Shannon, and Stepgrandson Mark Bewley. In addition, Grace’s grandkids, Keith Hubbard and Amanda Hudgens Favreau, are considered to be members of the extended family.
