The force of the impact caused the woman’s vehicle to veer into the opposite lane of traffic, where it was collided with by an approaching vehicle.

The collision was caused by Jenner’s Cadillac Escalade, which rear-ended the woman’s vehicle. The wrongful death complaint was brought forward by the 69-year-old’s two stepchildren, who point the finger of responsibility at Jenner for the accident that resulted in the loss of their family member. It is alleged in the legal action that Jenner broke traffic regulations and operated a motor vehicle in a manner that was “negligence, careless, and reckless.

” This is one of the claims made in the legal action. The plaintiffs allege that they have experienced expenses linked to damages as well as the loss of “love and affection” from their stepmother as a result of the activities of the defendant and the loss of their stepmother.
