Caitlyn Jenner Car Accident – Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, has recently been in the news due to the fact that the former Olympic athlete was featured on the cover of Vanity Fair. Jenner is currently the subject of a wrongful death lawsuit that stems from his involvement in a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred in February of this year and resulted in the death of a 69-year-old woman.
At the same time that Jenner is receiving praise from many people for championing and advancing the rights of transgender individuals, he is also at the center of this lawsuit. According to the records filed in the case, the collision took place on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu when Jenner rear-ended a white Lexus that had slowed down owing to a car that had stopped in front of them. The force of the impact caused the woman’s vehicle to veer into the opposite lane of traffic, where it was collided with by an approaching vehicle.
The collision was caused by Jenner’s Cadillac Escalade, which rear-ended the woman’s vehicle. The wrongful death complaint was brought forward by the 69-year-old’s two stepchildren, who point the finger of responsibility at Jenner for the accident that resulted in the loss of their family member. It is alleged in the legal action that Jenner broke traffic regulations and operated a motor vehicle in a manner that was “negligence, careless, and reckless.
” This is one of the claims made in the legal action. The plaintiffs allege that they have experienced expenses linked to damages as well as the loss of “love and affection” from their stepmother as a result of the activities of the defendant and the loss of their stepmother. The plaintiffs are suing the defendant.
