James Holcomb Obituary, Death – James J. Holcomb, who was 51 years old at the time of his death, passed away in his home in the Westwood neighborhood of California on July 11, 2022. James was born in Yuba City on August 23, 1970, and he was a native of that city. He earned his diploma from Live Oak High School in 1986 after attending that school. A significant portion of his professional life was spent working in the Building and Construction Industry.
He entertained his many close friends and members of his family by going fishing and hunting in the great outdoors together for a significant portion of his time. Because James possessed such a large heart, he was able to impart to each and every member of his family the feeling that they were loved and cherished in a manner that would never be forgotten. His father, Ronald O. Holcomb, as well as his grandfather Robert J. Holcomb and grandmother Gertrude R. Holcomb, as well as his great-grandparents Kenneth L. McDaniel and Edna Mae McDaniel, all passed away before him.
James is survived by son, James P. Holcomb of Live Oak, and daughter Harley R. Holcomb of Los Molinos, his mother Edna “Tubby” Bell of Los Molinos, siblings Ronnie Holcomb of Sacramento, Dolores Pack (Rod) of Sutter, Frank Holcomb (Rochelle) of Oroville, Rachel Ochs (Tucker) of Los Molinos, Brittany Marshall (Jeff) of Oregon, Alyssa Holcomb (Michael) of Red Bluff, Robert Holcomb (Vanessa) of Redding, and many nieces and nephews.
