In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Caitlin Rowe and a son, Robert Rowe both of Beverly, a brother, Allen Rowe of Salem and a nephew, Chris Carnevale of Nantucket and several cousins. He was also the brother of the late Cynthia Rowe and Stephen Rowe and uncle of the late Amy Carnevale.

Although Chris was only with us for a short time in this world he made an impact on every person he came into contact with. He loved helping people and would take opportunities very often to help others in any way he could. He was an avid reader and loved to share books with his father. Chris loved to cook, his favorite recipe was honey glazed chicken. He also made some of the best scrambled eggs you would ever eat. Chris was very social and had a wide group of friends, he loved to be out with his friends and invite them over for games of D&D.
