After being informed of William’s passing, I discover that I am utterly unable to accept the reality of the situation. I am writing this note to offer you all my deepest condolences for the loss that you have lately gone through. I am aware that some of you have recently lost a loved one. During the time that he was employed by the government of New Britain, he ran for the office of Mayor of that city and was subsequently elected to serve in that position.
