Roger Wilson Obituary, Death –Roger Wilson had served as Mayor of Charnwood. Roger Wilson previously held the position of Mayor of Charnwood. In the past, Roger Wilson ran for the position of Mayor of Charnwood, and he was unsuccessful.
In May 1991, when Roger ran for a seat on the Borough Council, he requested to represent the Birstall Stonehill Ward. At the time, the ward was located in Birstall. As a direct consequence of this, he was granted the opportunity to carry it out. He continued to serve in that capacity all the way up until the month of May in 2003.
During that time, he was an elected official on the council of the neighborhood borough in which he presently resides. After that, he was victorious in the election to serve as the representative for the Birstall Watermead Ward, a position he held beginning in May 2003 and ending in May 2011, exactly ten years later.
Roger Wilson, who had previously served as Mayor of Charnwood, died away not too long ago; the Charnwood Borough Council would like to take this occasion to express their condolences and pay their respects to him.
During those ten years, he served as the representative for the Birstall Watermead Ward. He was elected to represent the Birstall Watermead Ward for a period of ten years and served in that capacity throughout that time. In 2005 and 2006, Roger won the election for the position of Mayor of Charnwood, and he served in that capacity for those two years.
During that entire period, Roger also held the position of Mayor of Charnwood. He came to the conclusion that he should work together with the Glebe House in order to make a contribution to the total fund-raising efforts of an organization that was not for profit, and he was eventually successful in doing so. He came to this conclusion when he was serving as Mayor.
