David Yurchuck Obituary, Death – His tenure as Chief of our well-known city spanned the years 1994–2004, which corresponds to the time frame in which he was in office. He was Chief of Police from our city from 1994 till 2004. Chief Yurchuck had worked with the Broward Sheriff’s Office for the preceding 30 years of his life before beginning his current position with the New Port Richey Police Department
. During that time, he rose through the ranks of the military, finally reaching the rank of Major, before deciding to retire. In addition to this, Chief Yurchuck spent the entirety of his time spent in the military serving in the United States Marine Corps.
David Yurchuck, who had served as the head of police at the North Port Police Department, lost a family member not long ago. David Yurchuck had held this position for many years. We are deeply sorry to be the ones to break the news to you that he has passed away, but unfortunately we cannot avoid doing so.
The activities surrounding the demise of Chief Yurchuck, who was held in high esteem and revered by a great number of individuals, took place without incident during the course of the prior week. Because he had 83 years of professional expertise, he was able to draw on that.
