Cumference Rick Obituary, The Pacific Northwest Coach Has Passed Away - Death Cause

Cumference Rick Obituary, Death – Because of everything that he has done for GVRDA, we would like to take advantage of this chance to acknowledge him and convey our gratitude to him for everything that he has done. He was always willing to share his roller derby knowledge with our league in order to assist in the expansion of our league, and he did it with a smile on his face the whole time. Our league is very grateful to him. Everyone will experience loss in their own special way when he passes away.

Our league is in a state of mourning owing to the devastating news that our dear buddy Sir Cumference (Rick Dechaux) passed away the previous week. Sir Cumference was a longtime member of our league. Sir was able to earn a strong reputation and a great deal of respect in the region of the Pacific Northwest thanks to the skills of officiating and instructing that he possessed. Over the course of several years, he was generous enough to contribute a significant number of hours of his time to our league.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and all of his close friends as they go through this incomprehensibly awful time. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. The realization that this is in reality the case has left me feeling utterly crushed. I count myself extremely fortunate to have been there to witness him compete in derby for the very first time when he made his debut. I am fully conscious of the fact that he will be sorely missed by a great number of people. Each and every one of you is going to get a hug.
