Richard E Blevins Obituary, Death – Rick Blevins, who was 64 years old and from Stockton, California, passed away at Tidal Health on April 12, 2023. Born in Stockton, April 24, 1958. Rick was the son of the late Robert Quincy Blevins and Eileen Mae Blevins. Both of his parents passed away before Rick was born. Rick served as a member of the police force in the Town of Berlin, the City of Salisbury, and as a detective with the CBI (County Bureau of Investigations) in the past. During his tenure with these organizations, he was recognized for his dedication and devotion in a number of different ways.

Rick has been associated with the family farm and its farm market Which is known as Twin Oak Farms, ever since he retired in the year 2010. Rick was a 2013 LEAD Fellow, served as president of the Worcester County Fair Board for many years, was a board member for the Maryland Agricultural Education Foundation and the Delmarva Chicken Association, was a member of the Stockton Volunteer Fire Department And was a board member for the Worcester County Farm Bureau.

In addition, Rick was a board member for the Worcester County Farm Bureau. Valerie Lynne Hudson, the woman that Rick calls the love of his life, and he were married for 43 years.
