The owner of the vehicle had been at that place and had left the vehicle running while her daughter, who was 7 years old, and her son, Williams, who was 3 years old were sleeping inside.
According to the report filed by the police, an African-American man who was dressed in dark pants, a red shirt, and a red ball hat entered the vehicle while the children were still inside.
