Michael Gerot Obituary, Death Cause – On April 9, 2023, Michael F. Gerot, who lived in Iowa City, was taken from this world in a way that no one could have anticipated. When he passed away, he had reached the age of 56 years old. Everyone was taken completely and utterly aback when they heard the news about his passing away.
On Saturday, April 29, beginning at 10:30 a.m., there will be a gathering time done at the VFW in Riverside for family and friends, and during this time, Military Honors will also be rendered. This event will take place at the Riverside VFW.
It has been decided that this get-together will take place on the same day as the one that came before it. The funeral and burial will take place at the Nashville National Cemetery, which is located in close proximity to Madison, Tennessee, at some point in the not too distant future. This place can be found inside the broader metropolitan area of Nashville.

The city of Dubuque, which is located in the state of Iowa, is where he got his start in life. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Army and served during the combat known as Desert Storm in a region that was subsequently assigned to him in the Middle East.
During this period, he participated in a single tour of service. Because of his service throughout this conflict, he was awarded the Purple Heart as a symbol of honor. Following his relocation to this area, he devoted the most of his professional life to the fields of automobile manufacturing and guns manufacturing.
