Robin Taft Obituary, Death – At the time of her passing, Wauseon resident Robin Lynn Taft, who was 64 years old when she died away at the ProMedica Flower Hospital in Sylvania, was surrounded by the individuals who mattered the most to her.
She went away late on the evening of Saturday, November 19, 2022, just after the stroke of midnight. Her late parents, Herbert Lammon Jr. and Phyllis (Gamber) Lammon, were excited to welcome her into the world on October 8, 1958, and she was born in Wauseon. Her mother and father have both passed away since then. Evergreen High School is where Robin earned her diploma for completing her high school studies.
She worked for the United States Postal Service for close to 30 years, the last 10 of which were spent working as a supervisor in the Bryan office of the USPS, where she had worked for the previous 10 years. Although she had a profound and unwavering affection for all kinds of animals, Robin had a particular soft spot in her heart for standardbred horses.
She made it a mission to go to the most horse races that she could afford to go to within the constraints of her financial situation. Robin’s mother, Phyllis Buehrer, her son, Adam Taft (and his wife, Jessenia), both of Texas; her sisters, Penny Shiple of Napoleon.
Rebecca (Donald) Wright of Delta, and Connie Blumenfeld of California; her longtime partner, Danny Wiebeck; her grandchildren, Ava, Aria, and Seth; and her canine companion, Harley, all survive her. In addition to her human family, she leaves behind her loyal canine companion, Harley. Not only does she leave behind her human family, but she also has a devoted canine companion named Harley.
