Philip (Phil) Jordan Obituary, Death – On the 6th of April, 2023, Phil passed away after a long and fruitful life that spanned 79 years. All three of his children cherished having him as their father: Patrick, Sam, and Kate. Many people in the Cobram community will be profoundly saddened by the news of his passing because he was a well-liked person in the area and was the grandfather of five grandkids and the great-grandfather of four.
In the year 1944, Philip Jordan came into the world in the city of Melbourne, which is found in the country of Australia. Both ABC and Hector Crawford had drama departments that he worked in throughout the second half of the 1950s and the early 1960s. He worked in both of those departments. During this time, he took part in a variety of stage performances alongside Peter O’Shaughnessy, Barry Humphries, Ron Pinell, and Patricia Kennedy at a number of theaters in Melbourne, including the Arrow, New, National, and Russell Street theaters.
He also performed alongside other notable Australian actors Ron Pinell and Patricia Kennedy. He began his career as a land surveyor and worked in that capacity for the first thirty years of his life. The last twenty-three years of his life were spent in Northern Victoria where he harvested fruit and pruned fruit trees. He has spent his entire life painting and drawing, and he has had comic strips published in a number of periodicals. His work has been collected in a number of exhibitions.
