He was always available to serve as a wonderful role model and supporter to the younger veterans in the group. He was a strong rock for all of us to lean on, and he was always there with some insightful words of wisdom and encouragement to share with us. He was never absent from the scene. He would frequently regale us with lovely recollections of his long and fruitful career as a veterinarian, as well as amazing anecdotes from bygone ages and eras of the past. He was a veterinarian.
He worked in the veterinary field. Due to the high level of popularity of his Saturday morning clinics, patients traveled from all over the area to take advantage of their services. The clinics were held on a weekly basis. A queue would form that would stretch out the front door, go all the way around the building, and then come back inside.
