Adam McMillian Obituary, Death – A guy who has already been identified as the victim of a fatal auto accident that took place early on Wednesday morning in Belle, West Virginia, has finally been identified. The person who has been identified as the suspect is Adam McMillian, who is 34 years old and lives in DuPont City. The crash occurred on April 12 at approximately 4:30 in the am in the Belle area near to the intersection where Burning Springs Road and Kanawha Boulevard E. meet.
McMillian was in the process of crossing the roadway very close to the intersection when the crash took place. The deputies said that he died at the location where he was found. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that McMillian was maybe “under the influence of drugs and inattentive” at the time that the collision took place. This was one of the hypotheses that was developed. Deputies from Kanawha County were the ones who shared this information with us.
McMillian was also accused of disobeying state standards that regulate the protocol that must be followed while a pedestrian is crossing a highway, as stated by the deputies. According to the deputies, the investigation came to the conclusion that the driver had not broken any traffic laws that could have contributed to the accident, nor had they been under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the accident. The information provided by the KCSO indicates that the individual operating the car was in no way harmed as a result of the collision.
