CSM Regional Hughesville Campus Lockdown – The lockdown that had been implemented at the CSM Regional Hughesville Campus has been lifted, and as a consequence, members of the faculty, staff, and student body are no longer required to remain in the locations in which they were previously found. The lockdown that had been implemented at the CSM Regional Hughesville Campus can now be released.
At this moment, there does not appear to be a problem with an active assailant making their presence known. On the CSM Regional Hughesville Campus, a deserted car that had been reported stolen was located. The automobile had been stolen from a different part of the country. The local police have given the instruction to all students and staff members who are currently present on campus to remain in the locations in which they are currently located. This instruction was delivered by the local police.
Just a few minutes before 3 o’clock in the afternoon, the CSM Regional Hughesville Campus went into a brief period of lockdown for security reasons. Everyone in the building, both the adults who work there and the children who are there, has gathered together in the same area to take refuge from the storm. Despite the fact that there is police activity in the woodland areas that surround the college, every building on the CSM campus has been locked down and protected.
The members of CSM Public Safety who are stationed onsite can be approached by anybody who would want their company as they make their way to the various modes of transportation that are available. Students at Hughesville University now have the ability to choose which site of the Regional Hughesville Campus they would like to use to attend their classes.
