Mike Church Obituary, Death – During this challenging time, the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia as well as the Rotary Hospice House in Prince George provided us with great care and assistance, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank both of these establishments for their efforts. My heartfelt condolences go out to everybody who had a meaningful connection with the individual who went away, as I was one of those people.
Many years ago, Mike was my hockey coach, and at the end of those years, I was able to guide our team to the national championship as the champion of British Columbia. We also had a lot of success in hockey during those years, winning a lot of games. Mike was a highly influential person in my life when I was younger and served as a really significant role model for me. Mike is deserving of our unending gratitude, and he will be greatly missed by each and every one of us.
We are writing to inform you that Mike Church, the person who established and managed Aberdeen Glen Golf Course and Estates, has gone away. He was known as “the guy who started it all.” We are sorry for the loss you have suffered. During this difficult time, know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. On April 11, 2023, in the wee hours of the morning, Mike died away while surrounded by loved ones. His passing occurred in the early hours of the morning. On that day, Mike passed away peacefully in his sleep. My sincerest condolences go out to each and every member of the Church family as well as the community as a whole in light of recent events.
