Michael Ryan Obituary, Death – The passing of Michael Ryan occurred on April 4th, 2023. In addition to being a highly valued member of both our team and the business partnership that we are a part of, he was also a treasured friend and a trusted advisor. With the deepest regret and sorrow that we feel, we are informing others of the news of his passing. Mike exerted an amazing amount of work for the benefit of his clients in order to contribute to the expansion of Central Florida into the prosperous city that it is today.
This was done so that Mike’s clients would reap the rewards of Mike’s labor. Over the course of more than four decades of his legal career, he worked closely with Lowndes, and it was during this time that he established himself as a highly successful real estate attorney. Mike is also a member of the Florida Bar. These distinctions have also been bestowed upon Mike. Because of his expertise, ethical standards, and shrewdness, he has earned a solid reputation in the world of law. Mike has built a reputation for being a trustworthy consultant among the builders, investors, and lenders who were involved in the major projects that altered the region. These projects included the University of Central Florida Downtown Campus, the University of Central Florida Lake Nona Hospital, and the Central Florida Research Park.
This research park was acquired, financed, developed, managed, and marketed by the Orange County Research and Development Authority, which is Mike’s client. Mike was accountable for all of these responsibilities. Mike was known for having an unwavering commitment to his business, and he always put his customers’ needs first. Mike’s clientele encompassed both the main campus of the University of Central Florida and UCF Downtown.
